Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened cosmetic products

  • Used products

  • Items that have been tampered with

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return under this policy due to hygiene regulations.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your request and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Scalp Elixir cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
