All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may occasionally be extended.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times for UK orders are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier service used.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping depending on your location.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Scalp Elixir is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

Scalp Elixir cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Scalp Elixir is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
